FAQ

How long before I receive the e-mail delivery of the report? 
We want to make sure that you receive the best report possible. Reports are usually created and delivered withing 2-4 days after receiving the order. Please understand that is the average time depending on workload. 

What if I haven't received my report within 2-4 days? 
In the unlikely chance we aren't able to get the report out within that timeframe, we will usually e-mail you a quick note and explanation. If you don't see any e-mails after 4 days, please check your SPAM folder. If nothing is found, please e-mail us and we will check on it ASAP. 

Can I change the details of my report?
Once we receive the order, your report process starts. Please make sure all information that you enter is correct before submitting. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders after they are started. 

What is your return policy?
Creating personalized reports is not the same as just sending a retail product. Each report is created for the individual. However, if there is a mistake or error on our part, we can re-create and resend the new report.  

What format will I receive my report?
You will receive a full report in pdf format. Many computers have programs already installed to read Adobe pdf format. If you do not have such a program, please go to the official Adobe website and download their free Adobe pdf Reader. 

What if I'm not sure of my exact Birth time for my astrology report? 
Personal Astrology readings are based on the time and place of birth. If possible, using the exact time can help create the most accurate report. However, if you are not sure, there are a couple of options. You can put the approximate time down (for example if you remember your parents, grandparents or others talking about the time of day with statements such as, "Your dad had just gotten home from work...", or "It was morning, but still dark outside when...". This can help getting a closer time to your actual birth time. 
If you're still not sure, but you remember that it was AM or PM, it is important to indicate that. As a last resort, we can use a midpoint of the day, so just indicate UNKNOWN. 


What is Astrology and Numerology and what are their effects?
According to many authorities on the subjects, Astrology is the study of stars and planets and their relationship with this life and where we live. Numerology is the study of numbers, their vibrations and how they interact within our lives.
